So far I only have controls, but I got everything down in my head.
You are Gagonic, protector of the Multiverses!
Follow him on his long, arduous, and slightly insane journey!
That pitch isn't even the tenth of it (at least I hope not); it's just to help along the controls.
CONTROL SCHEME UNO (NES Version- a much less complicated version, but harder, also with 8-bit graphics):
Arrow Keys-Look up/Duck/Move around/Select option
Shift-Jump/Choose option
Ctrl-Punch/Throw Rangs (With K)
Ctrl/Up-Uppercut
Ctrl/Down-Slide
K-Switch to Rangs
L-Pause/Choose option
CONTROL SCHEME DOS (GBA Version-for n00bs who have trouble with a lot of buttons; also easier, and with 16-bit graphics):
Arrow Keys-Look up/Duck/Jump/Move around/Select option
Z-Kick/Choose option
X-Punch
A-Pause Menu/Select option
S-Item Menu
Shift-Throw Rangs/Switch to Item Menu (Only while in the Pause menu)
Enter-Trigger Power-Up Roulette (When PR-UP Bar is full)/Switch to Pause menu (only while in the Item menu)
CONTROL SCHEME TRES (SNES Version-combining the difficulty of the NES vers. with the complexity of the SNES controls, and with 16-bit GFX, too!):
Arrow Keys-Look up/Duck/Move around/Select option
A-Jump/Choose Option
S-Punch
D-Kick
X-%u4EFB%u610F%u653B%u64CA (Random Attack!-if used when being attacked, will counter the blow; but only exactly when the blow lands! otherwise, you will merely stumble, and will have to waste precious seconds getting up!)
Sift-Item Menu
Enter-Pause Menu/Select Option
Z-Use Item/Throw Rangs (If no item is selected)/Switch to Item Menu
Z/X-Trigger Power-Up Roulette (When PR-UP Bar is full)/Switch to Pause menu
Terms:
Power-Up Roulette- 3 Power-up are randomly selected and eliminated one by one, until only one is left. The Power-Ups are: Devastation (which destroys the environment and enemies around you, but decreases your Point score by half) 1-Up, Health Replenish, Zilch Damage (Where you take no damage from any sort of attack) Double Damage, Ruby Monkey (Ever had bad acid? It's like that) and Event Time, which only happens on particular days like Christmas, or Thanksgiving (these events are secret-ish).
Rangs-A ranged weapon like fireballs from SMB. Slower than a punch (melee attacks takes ½ to ¼ sec. to execute, while a Rang takes 1 second for you to throw) but 2 times as powerful.
Item Menu-A collection of items that you have obtained (Only in GBA and SNES Control Versions). Some items give your attacks special attributes, others just change your look.
Pause Menu-You can go back to the Title screen, or change the sound and music levels.
The final game should have multiple (around 5 maximum) playable characters, 9 different universes to beat, (plus some secret ones) and other shit like that (hopefully)

Q&A:
The flash screen is too tiny!
I didn't animate it, Mack 151 did, but personally, seeing sprites up close makes it look ugly.
Why is this so short?
It's a short. That's why it's short, duh.
The thing is too sissy!
I know it is, but it's better to make this kind of Flash first before you go to the edgey stuff.
Besides, Mac isn't too confortable about drawing blood and gore and sex.
Your flash sucks ass, go back to kindergarden, you fuckin pansy!
Burn in the flames of Hell, bitch.
